HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT

Option 1: Pay Online (Credit Cards or Checks)
Click HERE to make a payment through our secure payment processor, PSN. You can make a one-time payment, schedule a payment or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill or a fixed amount. You can also print receipts, view your bills, change how you pay, cancel Auto-Payments and much more, instantaneously. Never be late and have late fees accessed. A payments posts the day you make it. Once you register, it’s a simple 3-step process after that. There is a $2.99 convenience fee charged by PSN.

Option 2: Pay by Phone (Credit Cards or Checks)
You can call 1-877-885-7968 to pay with a credit card or checking/ savings account payment. Make sure you have your utility bill to provide your customer number and ZIP code. There is a $2.99 convenience fee charged by PSN.

HOW TO VIEW YOUR BILL

You can now view your water/sewer bill online! And if you want, you can opt out of paper bills at any time, helping the City of Platteville reduce costs. Give it a try; you will love the convenience. We will send you an email each time your new bill is ready to view.

Step 1: Register to View Your Bills Online FREE
If you have already registered on PSN to make payments, you are automatically enrolled in eBills. Simply click HERE and select the Online Statements tab. Follow the prompts to select to sign up for “paperless bills” if you would like us to stop sending you paper bills.

If you have not yet registered for paying online, click HERE and register. (You do not have to pay online to view your bills online.) Then go to the Online Statements tab and follow the prompts to select either to sign up for “paperless bills” or both paperless and mailed paper bills.

Step 2: Enter Our Email in Your Address Book
To make sure you receive our email notifications, copy and paste the following email into your address book.

That’s it! With the next billing cycle, we will send you an email with the amount due and a link to view your bill. Remember, you can easily make an online payment right from your email notification.

You can take this step immediately or if you would prefer to test out receiving your emails electronically for a month or two, you can take this step at any time. Simply click HERE, go to the Online Statements tab and select Paperless Bills.”
