Friends of Our Gallery


Friends of Our Gallery (FOG) is a non-profit (501c3) organization whose purpose is to assist, support and enrich the activities of artists, Rountree Gallery, other arts entities, and events in Platteville and surrounding communities.

FOG activities have included:

• Grants for arts activities

• Awards for the Spring Exhibit at Rountree Gallery

• Visual Arts Scholarship

• Artwork purchases for Rountree Gallery’s Permanent Collection.

• Providing for an award at the Wisconsin Regional Art Program’s annual State Exhibit in Madison.

Membership benefits include:

• Exhibiting artwork in the exclusive Friends of Our Gallery Exhibit held each fall at Rountree Gallery.

• Provide ideas and expertise for FOG arts activities.

• Displaying artwork in various community exhibits, such as at First National Bank and Livingston State Bank.

• Participating in FOG’s Silent Auction fundraiser during Heritage Day at the Museum Complex in Platteville.

• Directly receiving information on Rountree Gallery happenings (events, classes, exhibits, etc.)
