Sanders/Trine Pickleball Complex

Sanders-Trine Pickleball Complex

The Sanders/Trine Pickleball Complex was finalized in 2023. This top-of-the-line complex is among the nicest in Southwest Wisconsin, and can be found in the Southwest corner of Legion Park in Platteville.

As result of the generous donors, this eight-court complex with an attached open-air shelter provides players of all ages (local and traveling) with a permanent summertime location to play pickleball in Platteville.

Local volunteer group, Platteville Area Pickleball Association, PAPA for short, is continually working with the City of Platteville to maintain and raise funds to maintain the Sanders/Trine pickleball complex.

Platteville Area Pickleball Association (PAPA) is pleased to announce that Cindy Tang has stepped forward with a personal donation of $35,000 as a Match Challenge for Platteville’s new pickleball complex.  Ms. Tang is impressed with the passion the pickleball players have in their vision to build Platteville's newest amenity.  The total cost of this 8 court pickleball complex, with lights and a patio, is $350,642.  PAPA has raised $283,438 which is 81% of their goal.

The committee is ready for the contract to be signed with Owen’s Excavating and Trenching from Cuba City, WI.
