ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
CITY OF PLATTEVILLE
PLATTEVILLE FAMILY AQUATIC CENTER
The City of Platteville will receive sealed bids for the Platteville Family Aquatic Center at the Platteville City Hall, Clerk’s Office, 75 N. Bonson St, Platteville, WI 53818 until 10:00am local time, Wednesday, October 1st, 2025, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A pre-bid site visit will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, September 18th, 2025 at the existing Platteville Family Aquatic Center; 1155 N. 4th St., Platteville, WI 53818.
This bid will consist of multiple bid packages and will be subcontracted through the Construction Manager as Constructor. The work for which bids are asked includes the following:
Construction, modifications, and updates to new pool and existing structures
Electronic copies of the bidding documents may be obtained from Epic Construction, the Construction Manager as Constructor, by sending an email request to Brad Bierman at brad@egcmail.com or to Jodi Infield at jodi@egcmail.com.
Contractors may bid on multiple Packages. Each bid must be submitted on a separate bid form and placed in a separate, sealed envelope with the name and address of the Bidder and the name of the Package being bid clearly printed on the front of each envelope. Envelope(s) shall be addressed to the City of Platteville; Platteville Family Aquatic Center; 75 N. Bonson St.; Platteville, WI 53818. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount payable to the Owner, listing any Package(s) intended to be bid. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 10 days after bid date, and will be retained if Bidder is awarded the contract and fails to execute the Agreement.
The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any and all bids.
