The Platteville Fire Department is requesting bids for the replacement of mobile radios for their entire fleet of vehicles.
Bids shall include all items specified in the Mobile Radio Bid Specification document which can be found in the supporting documents below.
All submittals by mail, email or in person must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 13, 2022. Hand carried proposals may be delivered to the below address ONLY between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the city.
All bids shall be addressed to the Fire Chief, Platteville Fire Department, 275 E. Main Street, Platteville, WI 53818, with the name and address of the bidder, Bid # FD 01-22 Mobile Radio Bid distinctly indicated on the outside of the envelope or electronically to firechief@platteville.org with the Bid # FD 01-22 Mobile Radio Bid listed in the subject line.

The City of Platteville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding, or accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the City.
