Four Door Patrol SUV
The City of Platteville is seeking sealed bids for one (1) new, silver in color, four-door, four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, sport utility style vehicle. The body style and components shall be heavy-duty construction and the largest size available, especially the alternator, battery, cooling system, wheels, etc. The tires are to be rated for high-speed police pursuit. We are specifically requesting bids for any vehicles suitable for police use with four-wheel drive capability (all-wheel drive is acceptable). Other required vehicle specifications are listed on the BID Agreement and Specifications form.
Bids should include information and pricing on extended warranties available (125,000+ mile / $0 deductible preferred). Bid materials may be obtained by contacting the Platteville Police Department or may be obtained on-line at www.platteville.org.

Sealed bids marked “Police SUV” may be submitted to either the City Manager’s Office or the Police Department. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. We ask that you provide such brochures or information that you deem appropriate.
