2026 Contract 6-26 Sidewalk Replacement

The City of Platteville has awarded Contract #6-26: 2026 Sidewalk Replacement to
Augelli Concrete and Excavating, LLC for the replacement of concrete sidewalks and
grinding of sidewalk trip hazards. The contract allows for construction to begin as early
as May 18, 2026, and is to be completed by September 11, 2026. Augelli has indicated
to us that the work will more than likely be completed in late summer.

You are being notified of this work because it will occur in front of or adjacent to your
property. During construction, barriers will be placed to protect the work and pedestrians
until the concrete has cured.

When the contractor informs us of their start date, we will send an additional notice to
provide their schedule.
