The City of Platteville is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide assessment services for the City of Platteville, Wisconsin for the years 2023 - 2025. The City is seeking a firm to serve as its statutory assessor and to perform either 1) annual maintenance valuation or 2) annual market revaluation.
