19-26: 2026 Wheel Loader w/Minimum 170 HP Diesel Engine

City of Platteville, Wisconsin will be accepting sealed bids for the following piece of equipment for the Street Department.

         ​A) One (1) 2026 Wheel Loader w/Minimum 170 HP Diesel Engine

Trading in a 2021 Cat 926M.

Contact Nick at (608)348-8828 to inspect the trade in vehicle. The City of Platteville will not turn in the trade vehicle until we received and inspected the new vehicle.

Documents may be obtained in the Office of the Director of Public Works, Municipal Building, 75 N. Bonson Street, Platteville, WI 53818 or from the City of Platteville website: www.platteville.org under Bids/RFPs. Sealed quotes with the envelope clearly marked indicating the item quoted will be received in the office of the City Manager, Municipal Building, and 75 N Bonson Street until 10:00 a.m. Thursday,
April 30, 2026.

The quotes shall be made out on the proposal forms furnished by the City of Platteville. Any alteration or extension of the form or the furnishing on it of unsolicited information may cause the quote to be declared informal and result in its being rejected.

The City of Platteville reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, to waive any informalities or to accept the proposal deemed the most advantageous to said city.
