Water & Sewer Payments

Cash, Check, Credit and Debit Card Payments can be made in our office from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

After-hours Payments by check or money order can be left outside City Hall to the right of the steps in the City of Platteville silver lock box.

Automatic Payment Withdrawal. If you are using a checking or savings account, set this up through our office by completing the Automatic Payment Form found at the bottom of this page and return to us. There is no charge. Your payment will be withdrawn on the 20^th of each month.

Credit Card & Debit Cards. Click Pay Bill Now (below) to take you to Payment Service Network (PSN) -- a third party online/phone pay service. There is a convenience fee of 3.00% per transaction (plus 50 cents for transactions less than $100).

One-time Checking or Savings Account Payments. Click Pay Bill Now (below) to take you to Payment Service Network (PSN) -- a third party online/phone pay service. There is a $1.10 convenience fee, with a maximum transaction amount of $300. You will need to have your account number in order to complete your transaction.
