Billing

Water and sewer bills are issued monthly. Customers should receive bills on or around the 1st of each month. Payment is due in our office on or before the 20th of every month. Bills paid after the 20th of the month receive a 3% late charge. If the 20th of the month falls on a non-business day, we will accept payments the next business day without a late fee. REMEMBER: It takes at least two business days to reach us if you are mailing in your payment. Mail early to avoid the penalties.

GO PAPERLESS!

If you would like to sign up for e-bills, please visit Payment Service Network.  First-time users will need to register.  Once registered, scroll down and you'll see a Go Paperless option. You are still free to pay through our office or via PSN. Creating an "account" with them does not mean you have to utilize their payment services.

You will have the opportunity to see your account balance. You may make payments through PSN if you wish; however, they do charge a fee for their payment services. See PAYMENTS for more information on payment options.

Please note: if you have set up an automatic payment through our office, your e-bill will not state this, but your bill will still be processed as an automatic payment.
