Contract #18-21: End Loader

City of Platteville, Wisconsin will be accepting sealed bids for the following piece of equipment for the Street Department.

One (1) New End Loader w/ bucket and a Diesel engine w/ a minimum of 150 Net Hp.  Trade-in 2016 Cat 926M.

Documents may be obtained in the Office of the Director of Public Works, Municipal Building, 75 N. Bonson Street, Platteville, WI 53818, on the City of Platteville website (www.platteville.org), or via e-mail by contacting sigwarthd@platteville.org.  To inspect trade-in vehicle, contact Nick Seng, Street Superintendent at (608)348-8828.

Sealed quotes with the envelope clearly marked indicating the item quoted will be received in the office of Public Works, Municipal Building, 75 N Bonson Street until 1:00 PM on Monday, May 3, 2021.

The quotes shall be made out on the proposal forms furnished by the City of Platteville. Any alteration or extension of the form or the furnishings on it of unsolicited information may cause the quote to be declared informal and result in its being rejected.

The City of Platteville reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, to waive any informalities or to accept the proposal deemed the most advantageous to said city.
