Contract # 19-25: 2025 Dual Drum Vibrating Roller
City of Platteville, Wisconsin will be accepting sealed bids for the following piece of equipment for the Street Department.
A) 2025 Dual Drum Vibrating Roller
Documents may be obtained in the Office of the Director of Public Works, Municipal Building, 75 N. Bonson Street, Platteville, WI 53818 or from the City of Platteville website: www.platteville.org under Bids/RFPs. Questions regarding documents should be directed to the Office of the Director of Public Works: (608) 348-9741, option 2. Questions regarding the truck specifications should be directed to Nick Seng, Street Superintendent, at (608) 348-8828.
Equipment and truck chassis can be bid separately.
Sealed quotes with the envelope clearly marked indicating the item quoted will be received in the Office of the Director of Public Works, Municipal Building, until 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 6, 2025.
The quotes shall be made out on the proposal forms furnished by the City of Platteville. Any alteration or extension of the form or the furnishings on it of unsolicited information may cause the quote to be declared informal and result in its being rejected.
The City of Platteville reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, to waive any informalities or to accept the proposal deemed the most advantageous to said city.
