New 2019 ext. cab 4x4 midsize pickup truck – Parks Department

City of Platteville, Wisconsin will be accepting sealed bids for the following piece of equipment for the Parks Department.

One (1) New 2019 ext. cab 4x4 midsize pickup truck.

Documents may be obtained in the Office of the Director of Public Works, Municipal Building, 75 N Bonson Street, Platteville, WI 53818, on the City of Platteville website (www.platteville.org), or via e-mail by contacting: sigwarthd@platteville.org.  Contact Donnie Wand, Parks Foreman, at 608-348-6111 with any questions regarding bid specifications. The City of Platteville must be able to take possession of truck no later than May 31, 2019.

Sealed quotes with the envelope clearly marked indicating the item quoted will be received in the office of the Director of Public Works, Municipal Building, 75 N Bonson Street until 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 31, 2019.

The quotes shall be made out on the proposal forms furnished by the City of Platteville. Proposal forms provided must be completed in their entirety. Any alteration or extension of the form or the furnishing on it of unsolicited information may cause the quote to be declared informal and result in its being rejected.  Vendors are encouraged to include supplemental specification sheets that confirm how the vehicle meets the specifications.

The City of Platteville reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, to waive any informalities or to accept the proposal deemed the most advantageous to said city.
